Well-Rested Katie
New entry - The promised land (or a good night's sleep) up at DotMoms.
The picture shows Katie with my maternal grandpa, aka "the Silver Fox." No, really. When he calls me he leaves messages: "Hello, Jessie. This is the Silver Fox speaking." Every time he sees Katie, he sings, "K-K-K-Katie, beautiful Katie" to her.
He's an excellent grandpa.

Sounds like a very cool grandpa. In fact, he sounds sort of like my own maternal grandpa... he was known to sing happy little songs to us when we were small.
